You awoke from a dream,

but what does it mean?

We can find out together in a Dreamwork Session

A one hour, conversational exploration and collaborative interpretation of important symbols, patterns & recurring dreams, or experiences you are having in dreams.

How Dreamwork Sessions work

These sessions can provide perspective, possibilities and insight about your dreams.

They are a chance to slow down and feel what’s true for you.

When you book:

Share your dream, or the important symbols or repeating patterns when you book. This will allow the dream to start to percolate for us both.

In the session:

We’ll explore different angles of your dream experience and how it might relate to your life. We do this through exploration of important symbols, metaphors, repeated patterns or actions, and link it to a greater context via archetypes, metaphors, or folk wisdom & myth.

You are the one who will know what is true for you, and what resonance lands. I’ll guide the conversation, pose questions that open doors, and help interpret patterns and symbols with you.

After the session:

I share a small page of ‘waking echoes’, a reflection of what we discovered in your dream, and a supportive step forward.

About your dream guide

Hello, I’m Lara!

I work with dreams as a way of exploring life and accessing personal wisdom and support.

I’ve been a prolific dreamer my whole life, and since 2020 I’ve worked in a consistent and more deliberate way with my dreams, through journalling, categorising and interpreting them. Through this process, and asking my dreams questions, I’ve been able to integrate insights, and create change and new understanding in my life.

I’m a student of Jungian, shamanic, and Daoist wisdom. I use these lineages, combined with Elements, archetypes, symbols and metaphors, to explore dreams and their meaning for the dreamer personally and on a larger scale.

My aim is to integrate the messages of dreams and bring them back to the personal sphere of meaning and support.

My interests also include herbalism and stone medicine, both of which I have studied and continue to study in depth alongside dreams.

About your dreamwork guide

What to prepare

When you book, you’ll be asked to share a dream, or some symbols or patterns that have been repeating for you.

Writing it down during this process helps you to start the dreamwork, and allows this to start percolating for both of us.

You’ll know what to choose to share, by what feels most important to you right now.

What you share is confidential, and doesn’t come with judgement. You can bring a nightmare, an unsettling pattern, or just something different and strange, and it will all be treated as the metaphor and medicine that dreams are.

We will do the Dream Session over the phone, to allow us to relax and engage the imaginative senses.

Dreamwork Session with Lara Grace

1 hour @ A$140.00

A 1 hour Dream Session over the phone (Whatsapp phone call).

We will explore the dream you bring, and its associated symbols, metaphors, archetypes, and what practical wisdom it might offer for your life now.

Afterwards, you’ll receive ‘waking echoes’, an echo of symbols we explored and a question or supportive step to take forwards.

Dreamwork Sessions are exploratory and reflective conversations, not a substitute for therapy or medical or mental health care.
